FIGHT THE BALLOONS! Here are my seven ways to relieve stomach discomfort, improve digestion, and get a flat stomach.
 
Here are my 7 secrets on how to stop belly bloating:

-1- Eliminate starches, fats, salts, artificial sweeteners, meat, dairy products and sodas / soft drinks. Replace them with juicy and raw foods / fruits such as: melons, apples, pears, oranges, grapes, cucumbers, mangoes, tomatoes, leafy vegetables or like kale, lettuce romaine, spinach, arugula, vegetables of your choice. The processed “foods” are all artificial or highly processed and very difficult for the body to digest, which creates gas in the digestive tract and causes this bloating of the belly.

-2- Make mono meals of fruit: Mono meals improve your digestion because they help you identify when you are full so that you do not eat too much, it is easier for digestion and elimination.
 
-3- Drink lots of water to stay hydrated, but be sure to always drink water 30 minutes before meals. I recommend drinking at least 1 liter of water when you wake up. If you eat during or after meals, it dilutes your digestive juices and digestion becomes less efficient.

-4- Finish eating early in the day: Those who tend to eat late wake up with swollen stomachs because they never gave their bodies a chance to digest their last meal.

-5- Make exercise a priority! As you move, your food moves.

-6- Replace one of your meals of the day with fresh fruit and vegetable juice – it’s the easiest thing for your body to digest because there is literally no work. The easiest way is to have a juice at breakfast. I recommend these juices.
 
-7- Self-massage. A gentle clockwise massage can help aid digestion. You can even get some quality peppermint oil, it can help relieve a suspicious tummy. Start at the bottom near the pelvic bone, where your stomach meets your large intestine, and follow the path of your food. This will help promote the bowel movement.
