Here a water diet program as follows:
- First day: Drinking 8 glasses of cold water mixed with any chilling throughout the day. As for the main meals drink fresh apple juice or made at home without any addition.
- Second day: Drink two more glasses of water, or 10, the food you eat carrots to reduce hunger pangs.
- Third day: You can drink 8-10 glasses of water, which allows you to eat what you want fruit and vegetables, whether boiled or steamed without salt.
- Fourth day: in addition to the 8 glasses of water you can drink milk and eat bananas. No other fruit or vegetable helped that day.
- Fifth day: The fifth day is supposed to be a loss of about 3 kg weight if you follow the diet strictly, but this should drink 10 glasses of water, eat fruits with tomatoes from 6 10 medium size beads.
- The sixth day is supposed to be lost about 5 kilos, and at this point, you can eat normally, but be careful of eating fatty foods and eat vegetables and fresh fruit.
