15 reasons to use apple cider vinegar every day

Apple cider vinegar is my new obsession. I recently started taking small glasses of apple cider vinegar several times a day for a quick and effective energy boost. However, I have since discovered many other useful ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar into my daily routine.

It’s effective for just about anything, your skin, your hair, your home, and even your pets can benefit from its qualities. Organic cider vinegar, unfiltered and unpasteurized, is so much more than a vinaigrette!

-1- Apple cider vinegar can detoxify your home.

It is made from apple juice and it is fermented in cider. It is then fermented a second time to become apple cider vinegar. By using apple cider vinegar instead of other products, we instantly decrease the consumption of artificial chemicals in our homes and daily lives.

-2- It can make your hair shine.

Apple cider vinegar can be used to rinse your hair after shampooing, and your hair will have more body and shine. I recommend recycling an old bottle of shampoo, then filling it with 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of cold water. Pour the solution into your hair after shampooing several times a week for spectacular results.

-3- Natural apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of your skin.

Dilute apple cider vinegar with two parts water, and spread the concoction on your face with a cotton ball to replace your existing lotion. You can do this in the evening after washing your face, and in the morning before applying your moisturizer. A drop of apple cider vinegar can also be applied to the skin overnight to fade age spots or acne scars.

It is also a recommended agent for warts. For warts, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, then hold the cotton ball on the wart with a plaster overnight. The skin may swell as it reacts with the solution. However, the wart will fall off. Once it has fallen off, treatment should be continued for a few more days, to make sure the wart does not come back.

-4- It can remove stains on teeth.

Rub the teeth directly with apple cider vinegar, and rinse with water.

-5- It can soothe sunburned skin.

Add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath, and stay at least 10 minutes in the bath to eliminate the discomfort of sunburn.

-6- Apple cider vinegar can be used as an after shave lotion.

Fill a bottle of apple cider vinegar and water equally, and shake it before applying it to the face.

-7- It is an all natural massage treatment.

Massaging your hands and feet with apple cider vinegar will give you benefits similar to massage and relief for tired hands and feet.

-8- Apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight.

For daily weight management, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 50 cl of water. This concoction can be sipped all day. The data show limited, but significant, benefits of weight loss with daily and sustained intake of acetic acid (which is a main component of apple cider vinegar).

In a 2009 study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, it was found that subjects who consumed acetic acid for 12 weeks experienced significant decreases in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference and triglycerides. Triglycerides contribute to the bad cholesterol we want to avoid.

-9- Apple cider vinegar will balance your whole body

The body is constantly striving to reach a state of balance. Apple cider vinegar helps the body maintain an alkaline and healthy pH level. Research shows that high levels of acid (low pH level) lead to a lack of energy and a higher incidence of infections. Hence my desire to drink it a few times a day for an energy boost.

-10- It can help you detoxify.

As part of balancing the body's pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the body. Research shows that it can help stimulate the circulation of the heart and help detoxify the liver.

-11- Apple cider vinegar is ideal for your lymphatic system.

This miracle vinegar helps break down mucus all over the body and cleanse the lymph nodes. Believe it or not, research suggests that apple cider vinegar can help you with allergies thanks to its ability to reduce congestion in the mucous membranes and sinuses. By reducing the effects of allergies, it can also help ward off sinus infections and their related symptoms, such as sore throat and headaches.

-12- It can help your body get rid of candida.

This vinegar is rich in natural enzymes that can help rid your body of candida and yeasts that are attributed to thrush in humans. Candida is also accused of creating symptoms of fatigue, poor memory, cravings for sugar, and yeast infections.

-13- Apple cider vinegar can help you reduce heartburn.

While it may seem like an oxymoron to treat stomach acid with acid-containing vinegar, there is research suggesting that apple cider vinegar works by correcting weak acid, thereby reducing heartburn. . Experts on natural remedies say that you should start to feel relief very soon after taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar followed by a glass of water. Note that apple cider vinegar will not give relief if you have an ulcer.

-14- The use of apple cider vinegar is effective in repelling fleas on your pets.

A part of vinegar and a part of water can be sprayed on your furry animals and rubbed generously on the skin. Soak the entire coat, and continue daily for a few days to a week. Any flea infestation will surely be gone.

-15- It’s a natural air freshener.

Apple cider vinegar will clean your toilet and leave an apple smell in your bathroom! Just pour apple cider vinegar into the toilet, and let it sit overnight. It can also be used in dishwashers as a substitute for dishwashing detergent. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of water, and you can use this solution to clean kitchen surfaces, windows, glasses and mirrors, too.

As you can see, apple cider vinegar is a miracle product that can be used in a multitude of ways. I highly recommend its use.
