In just 3 weeks, the results will be remarkable, the only thing you must do is to respect the program without missing a single day. The big advantage is not having to go to the gym to do these exercises, you can do them simply in the comfort of your home.

THE EXERCISES

The first week, each exercise should last half a minute, with a 15-second break between each exercise. For this first week, you should do the exercise series twice.

The second week, the time of each exercise should be 55 seconds with 15 seconds of pause after each exercise. Again, do the exercise series twice.

The third week, each exercise should last 80 seconds and the break time drops to 10 seconds break. This time, repeat the series of exercises 3 times.
