Recipe for losing weight faster: green tea ginger lemon detox infusion

To 2 liters of water:

• One tablespoon of green tea

• 2 lemons washer

The ingredients in the bottom of a pot (or pan with lid). Add boiling water. Cover and let steep 30 minutes. I prepared the infusion in the evening and let it steep for a whole night for the next day.

My advice:

• Drink a large glass empty stomach, and 20 minutes before each meal, I drink the rest of this tea throughout the day.
