Dr. Fukutsydzi is an expert on pelvic problems and has discovered that the main cause of fat in the abdominal area is the interval between the pelvic bones (pelvis) and the floating ribs.

The method is very effective and easy to implement because all you need to do is follow the following procedure for 5 minutes each day and lie in the correct position.

The procedure is as follows:

  • Roll up the towel and secure with tape. Then sit on the floor and apply the towel under your back to the navel height. Make sure the towel is a little wider than your back.
  • Now lie down, keeping your legs shoulder-width apart, and lean your legs inward so that your big toes touch each other. Extend your arms over your head by turning your palms to the ground so that the little fingers of both hands touch each other.

If you can not reach your hands, hold your position as far back as you can at first, but make sure your feet are touching. Stay in this position for 5 minutes three times a day to reach your goal.

This exercise may seem simple, but this position is not so comfortable as it seems. Especially in the beginning, it will be uncomfortable and painful because your bones will start to return to their natural position.

Be careful because even after 5 minutes lying in this position, bones and ankles will be a little numb. You should avoid sudden movements after treatment and you should get up very slowly.
