Cabbage fat-burning soup

ingredients:

4 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup of celery diced branch
1 cup white or yellow onions, diced
1 green pepper cut into cubes
1 teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 cabbage head, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
400 g tomatoes cut into cubes
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)

Instructions:

1- In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.

2- Add the onions, celery, carrots and peppers. Sauté until the ingredients are slightly tender and put the garlic.

3- Pour the chicken broth. Then cabbage and tomatoes. Bring to a boil while reducing heat.

4- Cook until the cabbage is tender. Add basil, oregano, pepper, salt (optional) and black pepper.

5- Taste the soup and rectify the seasoning if necessary.
