Change (but what change?) Is now!

Change (but what change?) Is now!

According to data from the NutriNet-Santé * study supervised by Professor Serge Hercberg, eating with negative emotions, such as emotional loneliness, has a greater impact on female eating behavior. The data collected reveal a strong emotional emotional response in 52% of women against 20% for men.

Going on a diet or feeling on a diet causes a deterioration in food intake in women. There is a risk of doubling the probability of being overweight. In this situation, men are much less affected by this fact.

We keep coming back to this strong principle: feeling on a diet, being on a diet or having only the intention of getting into it, causes a deterioration in our ability to calmly manage our food. And this is even more true for the female gender. Restrictive diets therefore do more harm than good. This does not mean that we should sit idly by until the weather cools. But you have to act differently, in another way. The one that favors the global change of its way of life, including by strengthening the social bond.
